All YBA automation blueprints are downloadable digital products, not SaaS apps. You install and run them in your own Make.com, Google Workspace, or relevant accounts. This means:
- No ongoing app subscriptions from us
- You stay in full control of your data, accounts, and workflows
What do I need to use YBA automation blueprints?
To get the most out of our blueprints and automations, you’ll typically need:
- An active Etsy, Shopify, or WooCommerce seller account (depending on your needs)
- A Google account (Gmail or Google Workspace) for Sheets and Drive
- A Make.com account (free or paid, based on your usage)
- An OpenAI account/API key (optional, but recommended for best AI-driven content)
- Product images, listing info, and details ready to upload
Tip: Most digital sellers already use Google Drive and Make.com for their shop management!
Do I need technical skills to use your blueprints?
No advanced tech skills required!

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time – no penalty, no hassle. Just contact support or use your dashboard to adjust your membership. We want your experience to be as flexible as possible.
Do you charge any monthly or hidden fees?
No hidden fees from us.
- Most products are a one-time purchase (DIY blueprints, bundles, etc.)
- Membership/community and Done-For-You services may have annual or one-time fees as clearly shown
- You are responsible for any platform fees from Make.com, Google, OpenAI, etc., if you require higher usage tiers

Will I get updates if platforms like Make.com, Etsy, or Google Sheets change?
Yes.
We actively monitor all supported platforms. If a change requires a blueprint update, you’ll get an email notification with the new version or step-by-step patch instructions – free of charge for all existing owners.
Is support included after purchase?
Absolutely.
All paid customers get access to our Seller Support Community, live chat (when available), and email support. We want you to succeed – and will help you troubleshoot, update, or customize as needed.
Can you set everything up for me? (Done-For-You)
Yes!
Choose the “Serious Seller” plan or add Done-For-You installation to your purchase. We’ll install and configure the blueprint for your shop, walk you through everything, and provide future support.
Slots are limited monthly. Contact us early to reserve your spot.
Can this replace a virtual assistant?
For many repetitive tasks (bulk uploads, SEO, listings, reporting, etc.), yes!
You get instant, scalable automation that puts you in control. Some advanced or creative tasks may still require a VA, but most routine work can be automated with our tools, saving you money and time.
What platforms are supported? (Etsy, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.)
Our main focus is Etsy automation and Make.com blueprints, but we also offer or support:
- Shopify, WooCommerce (for product sync, listings, or reporting)
- Google Workspace integrations
- Coming soon: more marketplace and e-commerce automations

Will your automations work if my products have variations?
Most of our current blueprints are optimized for single-option (no variations) listings for speed and simplicity. If you need variation support, check the blueprint details or request a custom workflow – we’re happy to advise or build custom solutions.
Can I use YBA blueprints for multiple shops or brands?
Usually yes – as long as you use your own Make.com, Google, and Etsy accounts. Some plans include unlimited installs; others may require one per shop. Check each product FAQ or ask us for clarification.
How fast can I start after purchase?
Most customers can install and run their first automation within 30-60 minutes, following our video or PDF guides.

Do you offer refunds?
No, as digital products are non-returnable and instantly accessible, we do not offer refunds. However, our support team is always here to help you succeed, answer questions, and troubleshoot any issues.
